Administrative Assistant Program I - Diploma
Program
· The Administrative
Assistant Program I is a 32-week program that gives students hands-on
computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office Programs and includes an opportunity
to take four Microsoft Office Specialist Exams. On successful completion
students are prepared to begin working in an office environment.
Administrative Assistant Program II - Diploma
Program
· The Administrative
Assistant Program II is a 16-week
program that gives students hands-on computer skills utilizing Microsoft
Office Programs and includes an opportunity to take four Microsoft Office
Specialist Exams. Students also learn how to use Simply Accounting and AccPac
programs and the everyday skills needed for working in an office
environment. On successful completion students are prepared to begin
working in an office environment.
Office Essentials
· The Office Essentials
Program provides students the essential skills needed to work in a
computerized office environment. This program provides students with the
fundamentals of a Windows Operating System, word processing, database
application, spreadsheets, accounting, Internet, keyboarding and office
procedures.
Microsoft Certified Application Specialist
· Microsoft Certified Application Specialist program includes training in Word, Excel, Access,
Outlook, and PowerPoint Students will take five online, Microsoft Certified Application Specialist Exams including Word Expert (Advanced) and Excel Expert
(Advanced). Upon successful completion, students are Certified Microsoft
Office Specialists for each program and if all five exams are successfully
completed they will receive a Master Certificate.

Graphic
Design - Diploma Program
· The Graphic Design
Program is a 32 week career training program which uses state-of-the-art
technology. Training will be hands-on intensive, covering a variety of
computer graphics applications including: desktop publishing, graphic
design, digital pre-press technology, and corporate graphics. Students can
expect to produce a presentation level portfolio of work in the form of print
and digital materials.
