MICROSOFT WORD
Microsoft Word is a quick and easy to use word processing program that can quickly and easily create memos, faxes, reports, letters, charts, and newsletters. 19 years of age or under with parental consent
Grade 12 or equivalent
Basic knowledge of Windows 98, Windows 2000 or XP
